Peacehaven Care Home

Our purpose-built, eight-bed home in Rathfriland supports people living with dementia in a warm, welcoming setting. Residents can enjoy a cosy sitting room, an enclosed garden, home-cooked meals and daily activities. With one staff member for every four residents, our team has time to provide personalised care and support.
